Yes. Because our orthodontists have achieved Blue Diamond+ status—the highest tier of Invisalign experience—we can treat many complex cases, including severe crowding and overbites, using clear aligners. We do not default to metal braces for complex cases unless it is clinically the absolute best option.
Yes. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first evaluation by age 7. We monitor pediatric jaw development and only recommend Phase 1 (early intervention) treatment when it is necessary to prevent severe bite issues or impacted teeth later in life. We treat many children from Stonehouse Elementary and Sierra Madre Middle School, coordinating Phase 1 and teen treatment around demanding school and extracurricular schedules.
